Membership

Mullberry Home Wholesale sells directly to retail business owners and craft businesses. We make every effort to protect the wholesale shopping experience for our customers and while we will gladly work with every registering business to properly complete the application process, we reserve the right to accept or deny membership at our discretion.

Customer Records

We make every effort to properly maintain updated membership records for each of our customers. If you receive an updated tax certificate, please send a copy to Mullberry Home customer service at "[email protected]" or fax to 717-351-0020.

Returns & Exchanges

Please take your time shopping and select items carefully. All sales are final with the exception of items that have manufacturing defects. Please check your bags carefully to ensure the completeness of your purchase. We are happy to exchange any damaged items for an exact replacement within 3 business days. If you are traveling from out of town, please check your order upon returning home and submit any damage claims within this same time period.

Damages

While our entire team is committed to providing quality merchandise at a great wholesale value, damaged items are normal part of our industry and we're happy to help customers whenever possible. Please report any damaged merchandise to customer service at ([email protected] or 717-351-0017) within three (3) business days of your purchase. If replacement inventory is available, we will hold it for your next visit. Please keep all damaged items until your damage claim is completed.

Payment & Security

We are a cash and carry.  All purchases must be paid for at the time of transaction. We accept cash, business checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number.

Privacy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Sets & Assortments

A number of items in our warehouse are sold as either a "set" or as an "assortment". If you are purchasing an item that is sold as a "set" you are buying a complete group of items that are intended to be sold together for one wholesale price.  An "assortment" is a single item that comes in several varieties (such as color or design) that is sold by the piece. When purchasing from an assortment, your will have the opportunity to request which items in the assortment you would prefer.  If no preference is given, our team will hand select the best possible assortment or variety of styles to fulfill your order.

We use email newsletters to share product and warehouse news with our customers. To ensure prompt delivery of our emails, please add "[email protected]" to your aproved senders list.
